Glenn Beier - Usage Measurement and Analysis
Glenn has extensive background in Traffic Studies, the Carrier Access Billing System (CABS), Leveraged Buy Out (LBO) evaluation, and Outside Plant. These skills were developed and perfected by Glenn's tenure with GTE of nearly twenty-five years. Subsequently, Glenn developed such data, including State and Interstate Cost Studies, in the states of Alaska, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, and Montana while with a nationwide consulting firm. The industry's most recent challenge for Glenn to answer has been the identification of "unbilled" toll access MOU terminating on the Rural Incumbent Local Exchange Carrier's network. While this continues to be a significant issue nationally, Glenn can now identify such MOU through an approach that triangulates three sources of traffic to document the originating carrier with certainty.
