Michael Reding - Corporate Training

Michael has 29-years of business experience having spent most of that time with Pacific Northwest Bell and U S WEST Communications. His unique style combines experience in Marketing, Sales, Sales Management, Customer Relations Management, Customer Service and Team Leadership. His teaching style has been developed through experience at Spokane Falls Community College, Portland State University, Portland Community College and Marylhurst University where he most recently taught an advanced course in marketing.

He has developed effective methods to resolve conflict situations in organizations and is an expert in strategic planning facilitation. His marketing campaigns have won national awards from the National Telecommunications Cooperative Association (NTCA) and the Organization for the Promotion and Advancement of Small Telecommunications Companies (OPASTCO). Michael holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology with emphasis in stress and pain management.
